Our team returned from the SLSQ Pathways Project absolutely buzzing. Over several days of filming, we worked closely with the SLSQ crew to capture content designed to inspire young people and clearly communicate the opportunities available through the Pathways program.
This project allowed Pepper to step fully into the studio environment, combining creative lighting, cinematic visuals, and advanced editing techniques. With full creative freedom from SLSQ, we delivered a bold and engaging youth recruitment campaign video that connects emotionally with its audience while staying true to the organisation’s values.

In 2025, SLSQ invited Pepper to document the Advanced Life Saving Development Program (ALDP) for the second time — a testament to the trust built through our ongoing collaboration.
The crew packed the Pepper van and headed across to North Stradbroke Island, capturing an action-packed weekend of elite training, teamwork, and surf conditions. Working in a remote coastal location required a production team that could move fast, adapt quickly, and maintain broadcast-level quality throughout.
The final content highlights the intensity, professionalism, and camaraderie of the ALDP, supporting SLSQ’s mission to develop the next generation of surf lifesaving leaders through high-quality training program videography.
