COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per email.
3. This competition will open on Thursday 5^th April 2018, and will continue until 10pm AEST Monday 14 May 2018. Only entries that are submitted within these competition dates are eligible for the chance to win.
4. The promoters reserve to end this competition at any time, and update the competition terms and conditions at any time.
5. Entry is limited to residents/businesses within South East Queensland, Australia.
6. The prize includes 1 x 2-hour professional video shoot, 2 x 30 second video edits and 8 x high resolution stills by Pepper Productions.
7. The winner will be selected via a random draw by Pepper Productions, 2/1 Innovation Parkway Birtinya, QLD 4575, on Tuesday 15 May 2018.
8. The winner will be notified by the promoters in writing via the email address provided upon entry.
9. The winner has one month from the date of the email notification in which to claim their prize (where ‘claim’ is the setting of a mutually suitable date for the prize delivery to be met). After this period, if no prize has been claimed, the promoters reserve the right to draw a replacement winner for the competition. The promoters do not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
10. The prize does not include upgrades or additional services. These can be purchased separately.
11. Entrants must be over 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry.
12. The prize can only be claimed within South East Queensland, Australia.
13. Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
14. The promoters and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
15. By entering this competition, you are providing consent to Pepper Productions and Chilli Group to contact you by email for marketing and promotional purposes following this competition. You will always be given the option to opt out of receiving any further communication.
16. By entering this competition, you grant consent to Pepper Productions and Chilli Group to use, at any stage in the future, any photographic or video footage collected during the awarding of the prize.
17. The Promoters’ & judges’ decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend terms and conditions if considered necessary without notice.
18. By entering and participating in this competition, entrants agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Chilli Group and Pepper Productions from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to entrant’s participation in any prize related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)).
19. The Promoters are Pepper Productions and Chilli Group.
20. Pepper Productions and Chilli Group will not disclose entrant data or personal details to any third parties.
